Most small Indian hospitals keep patients, appointments and claims in registers and WhatsApp groups. ServEase works the same way — it just remembers everything.
What it does
A patient messages the hospital's WhatsApp number and is registered, verified and booked in — no queue at the front desk, no app to install.
Doctors, departments and slots in one schedule, with confirmations sent to the patient's phone.
Treatment packages, pre-authorisation and claim submission, structured for India's national health claims exchange.
Bills raised against a patient, paid online by payment link or recorded as cash — into the hospital's own account.
Who it is for
Places where the existing system is a register, a diary and a phone — and where a full hospital information system has always been too expensive, too slow to install, or too far from how the staff actually work. ServEase is built to sit alongside what a hospital already uses rather than replace it on day one.
Status
In active development. ServEase is not yet generally available. We are working with a small number of hospitals as early partners while the product is completed. If you run a hospital and want to be one of them, get in touch using the details below.
